You will be the face of American Express to our clients, serving as a brand ambassador and providing personalized support to meet their needs. You will work as part of a high-performing team to create memorable experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. **Key Responsibilities** * Welcome and serve American Express Card Members upon arrival at the lounge * Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is personalized and memorable * Anticipate and address clients' needs, providing proactive solutions to resolve issues and exceed expectations * Utilize the Client's First mindset to address clients' needs and expectations * Provide travel and lifestyle recommendations, as well as assistance with reservations and other requests * Collaborate with food and beverage partners to meet the needs of our Card Members * Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities * Demonstrate a high level of technical skills, using various technology platforms to provide support in a face-to-face environment * Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, even in challenging situations **Requirements** * At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury setting * Experience in a reservation or travel industry setting is highly desirable * Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service, with a focus on proactive problem-solving and personalized support * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues * Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support * Strong technical skills, with the ability to use various technology platforms to provide support in a face-to-face environment * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, with a focus on flexibility and resilience * Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment * Knowledge of American Express products and services, as well as the travel and lifestyle industry * Certification in customer service or a related field * Experience working with diverse populations and cultures **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $20-$30 per hour * Opportunities for career growth and development, with a focus on empowerment and empowerment * A dynamic and inclusive work environment, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion * A range of benefits, projects, and flexibility to support your professional and personal growth * The opportunity to work with a global and diverse community of partners who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
