Job Summary As a Customer Care Specialist at Blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch support to our customers. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our platform, and you'll work closely with our teams to resolve issues, provide solutions, and drive customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Autonomously analyze and respond to customer inquiries about the usage of our platform, providing timely and effective solutions Support customers with their queries regarding received invoices, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Perform administrative tasks, such as problem analysis, information provision to customers, training, and small translations Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience Stay up-to-date with product developments and industry trends to provide informed support to customers Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Fluent Romanian, Polish, and English language skills, with the ability to use them in verbal and written formal communication First experience in Customer Service or Customer Care, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences Fast technical comprehension, with comfort using MS Office Suite and willingness to learn more High level of organizational skills, pro-activity, and reliability Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a logistics or transportation-related industry Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment What We Offer At Blithequark, we're committed to providing a professional yet fun work environment that supports the growth and development of our team members.
