We are committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth, where our employees can thrive and make a meaningful impact. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Concierge Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding to telephone and email inquiries from members and providers in a timely and professional manner, adhering to defined service standards * Negotiating with providers to gain acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers * Assisting members with benefits and healthcare questions, providing clear and concise information to ensure their needs are met * Documenting all calls received in system-based call log, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records * Performing other duties or responsibilities as assigned, which may not be listed in this job description **Requirements and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for 2 years or higher education * At least one year of experience in customer service or call center roles, preferably in a healthcare-related field * Medical intake or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience is highly desirable * Bilingual English-Spanish skills are a plus * Strong customer relations, interpersonal, and communication skills * Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact * Proficiency in Microsoft applications, with strong computer skills and navigation * Excellent data entry and typing skills * Knowledge of provider organizations and networks * Understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates * Ability to effectively negotiate rate structures * Strong analytical and research skills * Medical terminology knowledge * Strong attention to detail * Ability to build relationships with internal and external customers * Independent judgment in decision-making and problem-solving * Ability to multi-task and anticipate potential needs/problems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in claim processing, insurance verification, or pre-certification * Understanding of Self-Funded health benefits * Provider office/facility billing department or financial area experience * Strong analytical and research skills **Work Environment and Physical Demands** This position is in a typical office/home office environment, requiring prolonged sitting in front of a computer. You will need hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office equipment, including computers and phone systems. **Compensation and Benefits** We offer a competitive salary range of $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
