As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you will be a key contributor to this mission, working in a collaborative and engaging environment that encourages growth, innovation, and creativity. **Your Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns * Connecting with customers via phone to resolve their questions, issues, or concerns * Escalating/Transferring/Completing conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and more * Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues * Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes * Providing feedback on call issues **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be considered for this role, you must: * Be bilingual in Spanish and English * Hold a High School Diploma or GED * Be over 18 years of age * Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience * Have a minimum of 6 months of Call Center experience (preferred) * Be able to type 25 wpm * Be comfortable with desktop computer systems * Possess proven oral and written communication skills * Demonstrate logical problem-solving skills * Be available to work various shifts * Be able to use Windows operating systems * Possess organization and work prioritization skills * Be able to work independently * Be able to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment * Be able to stay composed and objective * Possess strong listening skills **Work from Home Requirements** To ensure your success as a remote employee, you must meet the following requirements: * Internet Connection Requirements: + Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps + Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps + ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms * Proof of internet speed required * Clean and quiet workspace **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we offer a unique opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
