The Role: Ancillary Specialist - Remote As an Ancillary Specialist - Remote, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and adjudicating claims for our GAP product. Your primary responsibility will be to verify multiple documents to ensure the correct amount is applied to the loan or returned to the customer. This requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Review and adjudicate GAP claims with accuracy and efficiency Verify multiple documents to ensure correct claim processing Communicate effectively with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple time-sensitive requirements Meet deliverable due dates and maintain a high level of productivity Provide excellent customer service and resolve complex issues The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who's passionate, goal-oriented, and has excellent verbal and written communication skills.
