Executive Operations Officer – DentalChat.com & Teledental.com Position Summary DentalChat.com and Teledental.com are pioneers in AI-driven virtual dentistry and online dental consultations. We are seeking an experienced Executive Operations Officer (EOO) to lead and scale the operational backbone of our rapidly growing telehealth and digital-dental platforms. This executive will oversee day-to-day operations across technology, clinical workflows, customer experience, and compliance, ensuring seamless patient-dentist interactions and sustainable business growth. We have been around for many years (pioneer in this space) and looking for someone who thinks big, is professional, trustworthy and wants to grow with us. We have big global goals. This position can be FT or PT - and is fully remote for the time being. Key Responsibilities • Strategic Leadership: Design and execute operational strategies that support the company’s vision of delivering high-quality virtual dental care worldwide. • Process Optimization: Streamline end-to-end patient and provider workflows—from online scheduling and AI chat triage to payment and follow-up—improving efficiency and scalability. • Team Management: Build and manage cross-functional teams (product, support, provider relations) to drive operational excellence and accountability. • Regulatory Compliance: Oversee HIPAA, privacy, and multi-state licensure requirements for all virtual dental consultations. • Performance Metrics: Define KPIs, monitor platform performance, and implement data-driven improvements for customer satisfaction and revenue growth. • Partnerships & Vendor Management: Coordinate with technology partners, dental offices, and service providers to maintain a high standard of service delivery. Qualifications • 5+ years in senior operations or healthcare management, with health care and startup industry experience strongly preferred. • Proven ability to scale digital health platforms, including vendor negotiations and cross-functional leadership. • Deep understanding of HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations. • Strong analytical skills and experience implementing data-driven operational improvements. • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a passion for innovation in healthcare.
