The ESG Reporting Manager will play a key role in shaping and delivering our global sustainability strategy. Working closely with the Director of Sustainability & Community Investment, you’ll help us meet the evolving expectations of our clients, colleagues, shareholders, and communities. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director of Sustainability & Community Investment to deliver ESG objectives and ensure progress toward the Group’s sustainability commitments. Lead on environmental impact reporting, including carbon, energy, waste, and water, ensuring robust data collection, quality, and analysis. Manage aspects of TP ICAP’s ESG disclosures to external ratings agencies, frameworks, and third parties. Stay ahead of emerging sustainability reporting standards and regulations, helping to shape future disclosure and implementation strategies. Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to enhance internal and external storytelling on sustainability achievements. Produce reports and presentations for senior management, the Board, and governance committees to support strategic decision-making. Experience & Competencies Demonstrated experience in a corporate sustainability, ESG reporting, or related analytical role. Proven understanding of carbon accounting principles and the Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Protocol. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail. A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and demonstrates accountability. Sound analytical and quantitative skills with experience managing complex datasets. Proven project management ability, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively. Solid relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across functions and geographies. Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with sustainability or carbon data platforms. Hands-on experience with ESG ratings, indices, and benchmarking frameworks (e.g., Sustainalytics, MSCI, S&P CSA, CDP). Working knowledge of relevant sustainability reporting and disclosure standards (e.g., TCFD, SECR, CSRD, UK SRS). Experience in financial services, professional services, or other complex, data-driven environments. Passion for continuous learning, innovation, and applying sustainability insights to business outcomes.
