Location: Remote Salary: $120,000+ depending on experience Skills: Epic, Registered Nurse, Clinical Workflow Optimization, Healthcare Analytics About the Hospitals and Health Care Company / The Opportunity: Our client, a prominent organization in the Hospitals and Health Care industry, is seeking an Epic Clinical Informatics Specialist to join their team. This role offers the chance to leverage your clinical background and Epic expertise to drive system optimization, enhance patient care, and support data-driven healthcare initiatives. As a key clinical informatics liaison, you will have the unique opportunity to collaborate across clinical, technical, and operational areas to improve health outcomes at scale within a remote environment. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with clinical, technical, and operational teams to optimize Epic system design and enhance user adoption. • Lead or support Epic build, configuration, and workflow optimization for ambulatory and specialty care areas. • Translate clinical requirements into functional Epic specifications and develop data-driven solutions. • Support clinical quality initiatives using reporting tools, analytics, and decision support capabilities within Epic. • Provide comprehensive end-user training, mentoring, and go-live support for clinicians and staff. • Serve as a clinical informatics liaison—requiring an RN or MD—with active Epic certification. Must-Have Skills: • Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Doctor (MD) credential. • Current and active Epic certification. • Hands-on experience in Epic build, configuration, and clinical workflow optimization. • Strong ability to translate clinical requirements into technical and functional Epic specifications. • Demonstrated expertise in delivering end-user training and go-live support. Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience supporting multiple specialty or ambulatory areas within Epic. • Proficiency with Epic reporting, analytics, and decision support tools. • Background in leading clinical quality or improvement initiatives. • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulatory requirements. • Excellent communication and mentoring abilities across multidisciplinary teams.
