As a member of our Operations Support Center (OSC) team, you'll receive fully paid training, including industry certifications, and hands-on experience with various technical platforms. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, including virtualization, networking, data protection, Windows, disaster recovery, Linux/Unix, and infrastructure. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. With a focus on professional development and education, we'll cover the costs of relevant technical certifications, such as CompTIA, A+, and Network+. As an IT Support Associate, you'll be responsible for handling client tickets and questions, performing daily shift walks, routine audits, and remote hands requests. You'll also follow strict security protocols, shipping and receiving procedures, and use our ticketing system to log all requests and activities.
