ENTRY-LEVEL CAD TECHNICIAN

They are seeking an Entry-Level CAD Technician I responsible for preparing production drawings and project coordination for precast concrete products. Responsibilities Maintaining Project data flow from the Revit Model to Concrete Vision Revises erection drawings as necessary Create/revise individual pour sheets for Production to produce each piece needed Maintain Project Flow, following target dates as established by the D&E Team Follows departmental standards and practices Completes special projects as requested and performs other duties as assigned Skills High School Diploma or GED Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently General math skills and ability to read blueprints and plans Basic understanding of general construction practices Ability to meet deadlines and follow project schedules Motivation and self-drive are required to complete a task Ability to use Revit along with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other computer software programs Organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task and able to work on more than one project at once Interpersonal communication skills to work in a team setting, as well as in a 1-on-1 environment Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for typing, filing, and using office equipment Visual acuity and ability to read small print Hearing acuity and ability to communicate effectively with others Ability to lift and move office supplies and equipment Mobility and ability to move around the office as needed Associate degree in drafting degree preferred Benefits Health, dental and vision insurance Paid premiums for short- and long-term disability, and life insurance Wellness Incentives Paid holidays Flex spending for medical and daycare Health savings account (HSA) 401(k) plan with profit sharing Access to Nice Healthcare Employee Assistance Program Paid Time Off (PTO) Wishbone Pet Insurance Critical Illness Benefit Plan Accident Insurance Plan Voluntary Hospital Indemnity Plan Company Overview At Wells®, we build opportunities for community to prosper, working together to craft impactful spaces that inspire those who experience them.
