Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service support to Dutch-speaking clients in the healthcare sector. Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally. Assist clients in navigating healthcare services and products effectively. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate information delivery. Document all interactions with clients in our database for future reference and quality control. Maintain a thorough understanding of healthcare policies and procedures relevant to our services. Participate in training and ongoing education to enhance service delivery and product knowledge. Requirements Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English, both written and spoken. Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the healthcare industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively. Ability to handle inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage. Willingness to work flexible hours, including potential shifts or weekends.
