Role Description Gross Lighting & Home is seeking an experienced Director of Operations & Integration to drive operational excellence across all company branches in Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio, while leading the successful integration of newly acquired showrooms. This is a full-time, remote with extensive travel position. Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence – Existing Showrooms • Standardize and optimize warehouse operations, workflows, and fleet management • Evaluate facilities for safety, security, and operational effectiveness; oversee upgrades and renovations • Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance, efficiency, and cost savings • Participate in budgeting and financial oversight Integration of Newly Acquired Showrooms • Lead end-to-end integration planning across operations, technology, sales, and culture • Assess and align technology systems, including ERP, communications, security, and Microsoft tools • Standardize warehouse operations, facility standards, and fleet management • Partner with sales leadership to align systems, processes, and training • Develop KPIs and financial reporting, including P&L oversight for acquired businesses • Guide cultural integration by fostering collaboration while respecting legacy teams and identities Additional Responsibilities • Represent Gross Lighting & Home in industry groups and stay current on industry trends • Ensure compliance with safety and security standards • Champion teamwork, communication, and operational excellence • Lead or support special projects as assigned Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field • 7–10 years of experience in operations, logistics, or business integration • Experience with Epicor/Eclipse ERP preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities • Ability to travel extensively across Indiana, Michigan, and Ohio • Strong operational, financial, and technology acumen • Proven leadership and change management capabilities • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new systems • Ability to manage multiple priorities and build trust during periods of change Apply tot his job
