Digital Marketer, Google Ads & Microsoft Advertising Specialist

Closet Factory, one of the most admired home improvement franchise companies, is seeking an experienced full-time remote PPC digital marketer to join our in-house marketing team. The right candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Google Ads and be familiar with Microsoft Advertising. You will assist with the management of our ad accounts and work under our Vice President of Digital Marketing. Although you will spend a good part of your workday on the ad accounts, you must also feel comfortable interfacing with our franchisees via Zoom & Microsoft Teams to discuss budgets, growth, and account results. Google Ad campaigns we focus on: • Performance Max • Search • AI Max • YouTube/Demand Gen • YouTube/ Premium TV buys Responsibilities • Assist in ongoing optimization of campaigns in multiple accounts • Monthly meetings with franchisees to review budget, performance, and expansion • Stay current on changes, updates, and learning specific to these platforms • Conversion focused • Basic skills in Photoshop Qualifications • Experience with Google and Microsoft Ads • Google Ads Certification is helpful • Must use Google Ads Editor • In-depth knowledge of setting up and launching campaigns • Good troubleshooting skills • Familiar with intent-driven campaigns • Search ad specialist • Audience targeting • Keyword expansion • Catchy on-brand ad copy We are looking for someone with creative problem-solving abilities who looks for solutions to improve underperforming campaigns. You will need to be able to identify an edge in our very competitive vertical. Our accounts range in size. Some are large and have multiple campaigns with sizable daily budgets, while others have a single campaign with a modest budget that will increase over time. Although you will specialize in paid marketing, all our digital department staff can multitask. It’s helpful that you have knowledge in Meta Ads, WordPress editing, and GA4. Because we are one of the oldest custom closet companies in the industry, it doesn’t hurt to have an eye for interior design. We work Monday through Friday, 7:30 – 4:30.
