JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description About Us: We are a growing law firm dedicated to delivering high-quality representation for our clients in personal injury and related legal matters. Our team is passionate about advocating for justice and achieving the best possible outcomes. We are looking for a skilled Demand Writer to join our team remotely and support our attorneys with well-crafted, persuasive demand packages. Role Overview: As a Demand Writer, you will be responsible for drafting comprehensive and compelling demand letters to insurance companies and opposing counsel. This position requires strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to transform case facts, medical records, and supporting evidence into persuasive narratives that maximize case value. Key Responsibilities: • Draft persuasive demand letters based on medical records, client statements, accident reports, and other supporting documents. • Organize and present case facts clearly and persuasively to highlight damages and liability. • Collaborate with case managers, paralegals, and attorneys to gather necessary information. • Edit, proofread, and revise drafts to ensure accuracy and professionalism. • Meet deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to firm policies and ethical standards. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a Demand Writer, Legal Writer, Paralegal, or in a similar role (personal injury law experience preferred). • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills. • Strong research, organization, and analytical abilities. • Familiarity with medical terminology and personal injury case processes is a plus. • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and case management software (preferred).
