Data Scientist II, BRS
Objective of the Job This position focuses on problem solving by implementing actionable data-driven business solutions, predicting emerging trends, and providing recommendations to stakeholders through data analysis and modeling. Duties and Responsibilities • Uphold high integrity while supporting Safety, Environmental, and Quality Systems. • Identify business use cases in consultation with stakeholders, peers, and supervisors. • Analyze data requirements, create models, and provide solutions (combination of ML and Analytics). • Document processes and mentor team members. • Participate in setting up an analytics platform for Self-Service Analytics. Qualifications • Bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; masters degree preferred. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Analytics and the use of Machine Learning algorithms. • Demonstrated ability with visualization tools, ML frameworks, and related technologies. • Entrepreneurial drive with the ability to deliver projects on time. • Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and analytics techniques. Working Conditions and Physical Requirements • Ability to work onsite or remotely from Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, or Mississippi, with occasional onsite visits as needed. Supervisory Responsibility • This position does not supervise others; however, the scope of the role may change as the organization grows. Apply tot his job
