Data Analyst

Remote Full-time
Confirmo is one of the fastest growing crypto payment gateways, and our flexible solutions, low fees, and top-class support make it easy for businesses of all sizes to accept crypto payments. Forbes US named us among the best crypto payment gateways in the world and we don't plan to slow down! Since 2022, we’ve grown 700% in volume and now process over $60M+ monthly. We are now on the lookout for a Data Analyst. Please see the responsibilities below. Key Responsibilities: Work with raw financial and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Build and maintain dashboards and visualisations using Metabase to present complex data clearly and concisely. Serve as the subject matter expert on data for the Finance team, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Create and maintain a comprehensive "KPI Bible" that standardises business metrics across the company. Apply deep knowledge of payments and crypto transaction flows to develop meaningful metrics and models. Collaborate with the finance, operations, engineering and product teams to ensure the data we collect is fit for purpose. Regularly present an analysis to the executive team, translating data into actionable business insights. Develop and execute implementation plans for approved data-driven changes, working with relevant teams to see them through to completion. Your Profile: 3-5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, BI Specialist, or in a similar role. Demonstrable experience with Metabase (or a similar BI tool), including data modelling and advanced dashboard creation. Deep understanding of payments and/or crypto ecosystems is desirable, but not a must. The candidate must be able to think critically about metrics specific to these industries (e.g., transaction volume, settlement times, network fees, crypto asset volatility). Strong SQL skills and experience with data warehousing concepts. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for a non-technical audience. A track record of successfully driving change or implementing projects based on data insights. This position is based in Prague. If you are interested in learning more, please submit your CV, and our recruiter, Brian, will get back to you promptly. Originally posted on Himalayas
