Job Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant at bolthires, you will be responsible for: Providing Support: Addressing customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely, professional, and helpful manner. Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting technical issues, managing subscription inquiries, and assisting with account-related questions. Customer Engagement: Ensuring an exceptional user experience by providing solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights to help improve services. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues. Requirements: Experience: Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred, but not mandatory. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with navigating technology and learning new software systems. Problem-Solving Ability: Able to identify issues and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
