Construction Project Coordinator (Remote VA – Renovations & Real Estate)

We’re seeking a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator (Virtual Assistant) to oversee renovation and construction projects across multiple residential properties. You’ll work directly with ownership to coordinate contractors, track budgets and timelines, and ensure projects match local market comps. Responsibilities: Source, vet, and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors. Manage renovation projects in Trello, maintaining clear progress updates and deadlines. Communicate with contractors daily and escalate issues to management. Track budgets, invoices, and scope changes in shared Excel/Google Sheets. Research local property comps and renovation standards to guide design/finish decisions. Use ChatGPT as an analytical tool for cost validation, scope suggestions, and comp research. Provide 2–3 concise weekly reports directly to the CEO. Requirements: Proven experience in construction project coordination, estimating, or property rehab management. Solid understanding of general construction terminology and workflow (so contractors can’t “talk over you”). Experience managing teams or projects using Trello or similar PM software. Skilled with Excel or Google Sheets for budget tracking. Confident negotiator with good written and verbal English. Familiarity with ChatGPT or AI tools for research and communication. Reliable internet, fast response times, and professional communication.
