## Compensation Analyst • * Company: • * Compassus • * Compensation Analyst – Join an organization that prioritizes employee well-being. • ** • Position Overview: • * As a Compensation Analyst at Compassus, you will contribute to the success of our organization by providing analytical support for compensation programs, including base pay and incentive pay. Your responsibilities will include participating in compensation surveys, evaluating jobs, determining pay grades, and presenting insightful job and compensation analysis reports.
