What you’ll do • Manage and supervise clinical trials from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to protocols and timelines. • Conduct thorough documentation reviews to maintain compliance with FDA regulations and ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards. • Monitor patient progress throughout the study, collecting vital signs and ensuring safety while adhering to HIPAA guidelines. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate data collection and management, utilizing statistical software for analysis. • Review and ensure compliance with CDISC standards in all clinical data submissions. • Conduct blood sampling and phlebotomy procedures as required, ensuring patient comfort and safety. • Maintain accurate records of trial activities, including patient interactions, data entries, and compliance management reports. • Provide training and support to junior staff members on clinical development processes and best practices. Basic qualifications • ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP) certificate from any valid issuer for California. • Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical research methodologies. Preferred qualifications • Previous experience in supervising clinical trials or managing research projects. • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and data management tools. • Clinical laboratory experience is a plus, along with strong analytical skills for data interpretation.
