Category Leadership Associate Manager, Walmart

About the position The Walmart Category Leadership Associate Manager will be responsible for driving category and Campbell growth and executing Category Management team objectives. This person will build strong relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to cross-functional internal and external stakeholders. This role is responsible for reporting, tracking, and analyzing data. The Category Leadership Associate Manager will be an expert in data, systems, and tools. They will utilize syndicated and panel data to create clear, accurate, and actionable insights. They will articulate the information using storytelling and strong written and verbal communication. The Category Leadership Associate Manager will maintain item, store, and trait data and attributions in various tools. This position may also be responsible for drawing and reviewing planograms, maintaining traits and trait requests, and setting planograms at the layout center or mod room.
