Position Overview As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting products and services to other businesses. This position requires a balance of effective communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to consistently meet performance goals. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, building relationships, and ensuring accurate information is collected and delivered to our clients. This is a remote role with full-time and part-time opportunities available. Responsibilities • Make outbound business-to-business calls to potential leads • Qualifying potential leads and scheduling appointments • Communicate the value of client services clearly and effectively • Verify and update contact information with accuracy • Manage email communications with business contacts • Track and document activities in company systems with attention to detail • Perform accurate data entry and maintain confidential customer information • Assist with simple IT troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed • Meet or exceed daily and weekly production goals • Represent clients with professionalism and integrity at all times Requirements • Must be willing to come in office for training • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment • Basic computer proficiency (typing, navigating multiple browsers, using web-based platforms) • Strong organizational and time management skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Must maintain a consistent, quiet, and professional home workspace • Equipment available upon request (deposit required) • Ability to perform simple IT troubleshooting and problem-solving as needed Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) • Previous experience in sales and telemarketing is preferred • Familiarity with CRM systems or data entry tools • Business-to-business communication experience • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to new challenges What We Offer • Flexible scheduling options (full-time or part-time) • Paid Sick Time & Holiday Pay • Paid time off for eligible employees • Supplemental Insurance options through Aflac are offered at a 35% discount • Work-from-home convenience • Supportive team environment with training and ongoing guidance • Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company • Recognition for high performance and meeting production goals Shifts Available • Morning shift • Afternoon shift • Flexibility in scheduling between 7 am and 7 pm (we call in EST and PST) Work Location: Remote but must live close enough to do training in office.
