Role: Business Analyst Location: 100%Remote Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy, vision, and roadmap. Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs. Drive alignment between business goals, technology capabilities, and customer expectations. Leverage storytelling to: Inspire teams and stakeholders. Communicate complex ideas simply. Create a shared understanding of product vision and customer journey. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Act as the bridge between business, technology, and customer needs. Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and product demos with engaging narratives. Monitor KPIs and ensure delivery of measurable business value. Proven experience in one or more roles: Business Analyst, Business Owner, Product Owner, or Product Manager. Strong expertise in requirement gathering, backlog management, and agile frameworks. Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills able to inspire and influence. Ability to simplify technical concepts into business-friendly narratives. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability. Stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar. Apply tot his job
