I’m a Fractional COO launching an executive-facing consulting practice focused on operational clarity, leadership alignment, and scalable operating models for growing companies. I’m looking for an experienced, restrained designer to create a lean visual foundation for this practice. This is not a full branding or marketing project. The goal is credibility and clarity in executive conversations. Scope: Create a color palette derived from a provided reference image (a jigsaw puzzle image I will supply), including hex codes Design a simple, text-based logo / wordmark (primary + simplified version) Create a Canva pitch deck template (approximately 4–6 slide layouts: cover, section divider, content, framework/diagram, summary) Out of Scope: No social media assets No LinkedIn banners No website or UX work No brand book or messaging framework No marketing or growth design No over-designed visuals I’m prioritizing: Executive-appropriate restraint Clear hierarchy and readability in slides Calm, professional tone suitable for CEO and leadership-team discussions Practical usability over decoration This work will primarily live in pitch decks used in executive and board-level conversations, not public-facing marketing.
