To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English language proficiency. A minimum of 6 months' customer service experience. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. Proven oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications Call center experience (minimum 6 months). Sales experience (minimum 6 months). Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
