Key Responsibilities Field customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media, responding to questions, issues, and concerns in a timely and effective manner. Utilize innovative problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and de-escalate tense situations. Escalate complex issues to senior representatives or specialized teams when necessary. Process requests for assistance, including potential payment processing. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for auditing and reporting purposes. Provide constructive feedback on recurring issues and suggest improvements. Meet sales objectives and contribute to the growth of our business. Qualifications and Skills We're seeking talented individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications Bilingual Spanish/English language proficiency. A minimum of 6 months' customer service experience. High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute. Proven oral and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications Call center experience (minimum 6 months). Sales experience (minimum 6 months). Familiarity with Windows operating systems. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
