Benefits Administrator – Survivor and Disability Benefits

As a Benefits Administrator, you will assist benefit plan participants and their beneficiaries in receiving necessary support during challenging times, collaborating with various teams to ensure effective service delivery. Responsibilities Help ensure Wespath benefit plan participants, or their beneficiaries, receive the help they need during a difficult time in their lives Work with other members of the Survivor and Disability Benefits team Ensure customers receive their benefits from our self-insured benefit plans when they need them most Provide team coverage between 8 am and 6 pm CST Monday-Friday Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Has a passion for serving customers Professional writing skills.
