We are seeking a B2B Media Marketing Manager to help us recruit entrepreneurs who want to start and operate their own business within exclusive territories on our platform. This is not a B2C role. Your focus will be on entrepreneur acquisition, not consumer acquisition. We have: - Our MVP live - A patent pending application filed - A January launch scheduled We are now ready to scale partner recruitment across multiple U.S. markets. Who We Are We are building a national home‑services ecosystem offering 16,700 building‑related services through a structured partner model. Entrepreneurs can join our platform through two pathways: Partner Models You Will Be Marketing Option A – Full Partner (Equal Partnership) - Purchase of an exclusive territory based on population - $0.01 per resident (territory access) - $0.04 per resident one‑time setup fee (includes customization of a digital catalog of 16,700 services) - 50% revenue partnership - Includes training, support, and direct founder access Option B – Trial Partner - $0 cost for 90 days - Partner keeps hie earened revenue during trial - After 90 days: - If they leave → they keep all earnings - If they stay → they become a 25% long‑term partner - Includes full training, support, and founder access Your Role You will design and execute a B2B marketing strategy to recruit 30 full partners per month. This includes funnel design, channel selection, targeting, creative direction, and performance optimization. Questions You Must Answer in Your Proposal - What monthly marketing budget would you require to recruit 30 full partners per month? - How would you allocate and deploy that budget? (channels, funnel structure, targeting, creatives, timeline, KPIs) - What is your requested monthly salary? - Would you consider a lower base salary + compensation per registered full partner? If yes, what structure do you propose? Optional Affiliate Opportunity ($600 CAC) If we do not move forward with a full hire, would you be interested join us as an affiliate?: - $600 one‑time compensation per partner - Trial partners who convert to full partners after 90 days also qualify - No cap on referrals Ideal Candidate - Strong B2B acquisition experience - Experience recruiting franchisees, licensees, or business‑opportunity partners is a plus - Ability to build funnels that attract entrepreneurs, not consumers - Comfortable working with a founder‑led, fast‑moving seed‑stage company If this aligns with your expertise, please submit your proposal with answers to the questions above.
