AWS Data Bricks Engineer/Contract/remote As an AWS Data Bricks Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for building and maintaining data solutions on AWS using Databricks. Your expertise will ensure that our data infrastructure is robust, scalable, and supports the analytical needs of the organization. Responsibilities • Design and develop data pipelines using AWS services and Databricks. • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements. • Optimize data flows and data collection processes. • Implement data security and governance best practices. • Monitor and troubleshoot data-related issues to ensure reliability and performance. • Document data flows, processes, and solutions for future reference. • financial experience is a plus. Qualifications • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a similar role. • Strong knowledge of AWS services and Databricks. • Experience with ETL/ELT processes and tools. • Proficiency in SQL and Python. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
