We are currently hiring a Associate Recruiter (Part Time/Temporary) Remote to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved! This role is perfect for someone looking to explore recruiting, gain hands-on experience, and work with a supportive team in a dynamic environment. This role is a fully remote position and can be performed anywhere in the continental US. Your attention to detail, willingness to take initiative, and ability to communicate well will help support hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle. You'll represent our values; help promote our brand in the marketplace and contribute to building a world-class employer reputation — all while developing foundational skills in recruiting. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY: • Support the recruiting team with screening applicants and scheduling interviews • Assist with sourcing candidates using online tools • Provide timely, professional communication with candidates to ensure a great experience • Track and maintain candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System • Help with administrative tasks related to recruiting YOU'LL BRING: • 1 year of entry level recruiting experience • A strong desire to learn and grow in the field of recruiting • Great communication and organizational skills • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay detail-oriented • Enthusiasm for people, processes, and progress • Comfortable using technology and learning new systems • Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset Progressive Leasing welcomes and encourages diversity in the workplace.
