Associate Director, Evidence & Value Generation Operations (Remote)

About the position Responsibilities • Lead the development and design, implementation, uptake, and ongoing management of departmental systems, processes and ways of working. • Manage annual strategic project planning and budget setting. • Establish and manage the EVG book of work. • Conduct strategic resource planning and management. • Evaluate current state of EVG ways of working and develop new standards and best practices. • Collaborate with stakeholders outside EVG to ensure optimal delivery and use of evidence produced by EVG. • Establish and track annual objectives, targets, and milestones. • Drive compliance on training and evaluate training needs. • Administer the non-interventional review committee (NRC) and identify opportunities for process improvement. • Monitor and track EVG budgets and performance, providing recommendations for improvement. • Partner with the Finance department to support EVG activities. • Provide quarterly financial metric assessments and updates to organizational management. Requirements • 7-10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or allied profession. • Proven record of accomplishment delivering operational excellence in building and implementing resourcing models, strategic project planning, and financial management. • System thinker with the ability to establish processes and solutions. • Demonstrated understanding of clinical and observational study structure and costs. • Experience in medical affairs/R&D and supporting clinical trials is a distinct advantage. • Strong collaboration skills within and across departments. • Ability to influence without direct authority in a matrixed environment. • Experience working with senior leadership. • Flexible, positive, creative thinker with strong interpersonal skills. • Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills. • Strong IT skills with a hands-on approach to data management.
