Arbitration Specialist

Kelly is partnering with Nissan North America to recruit an Arbitration Specialist who will evaluate, manage, and negotiate cases related to Lemon Law and breach of warranty issues. The role involves negotiating settlements, presenting arguments at arbitration hearings, and ensuring compliance with state guidelines. Responsibilities Evaluate incoming cases from the BBB Auto line, regulatory agencies, attorneys, dealerships and consumers in reference to alleged Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty issues Effectively negotiates settlements and repurchases directly with consumers, dealers, third-party contacts and regional personnel through strong verbal and written communication Present strong and compelling arguments at BBB Auto line arbitration hearings to represent and defend Nissan North America, Inc in lemon law and breach of warranty cases Process voluntary and mandated repurchases/replacements within mandatory time frame requirements of each state to prevent financial penalties Review and resolve issues following lawful guidelines Schedules appointments between dealers, customers, and factory representative regarding issue resolution and arbitration avoidance Skills Bachelor's Degree is required for this role Basic computer systems knowledge Proven customer interaction skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills One year directly related experience at a professional level Experience as an Automotive claims adjuster Case management experience Arbitration experience Benefits 16 paid holidays 10-15 days of paid time off Enhanced medical benefits Kelly Perks Discount Program Weekly pay Medical, dental, vision, telemedicine, term life, whole life, accident insurance, critical illness, a legal plan, and short-term disability Retirement savings plan Service bonus and holiday pay plans (earn up to eight paid holidays per benefit year) Transit spending account Paid sick leave under the applicable state or local plan Company Overview We’ve been helping organizations find the people they need longer than any other company in the world.
