Job Title: Appvance IQ Tester / AI Automation Tester Location: Princeton, NJ(Hybrid) Duration: W2 Contract Note: Only U.S. citizens and residents (NJ/NY/PA) are required. Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Appvance IQ Tester with hands-on experience in AI-driven test automation using the Appvance IQ platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with QA, development, and DevOps teams to design, execute, and analyze automated tests for web, mobile, and API applications using AI-based testing approaches. Key Responsibilities Design, generate, and execute automated test cases using Appvance IQ (AIQ) Leverage AI-driven test generation to create high-coverage functional, regression, and exploratory tests Validate and analyze AI-generated test results to ensure application quality Maintain and optimize test suites using self-healing and adaptive automation features Perform Web, Mobile, and API testing using Appvance IQ Designers Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.) Identify, log, and track defects using tools like JIRA Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and test coverage Prepare test execution reports and communicate quality metrics to stakeholders Required Skills & Qualifications Experience with Appvance IQ (AIQ) or strong exposure to AI-based test automation tools Prior experience with Appvance IQ is a strong advantage Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) Experience in automation testing for web applications Knowledge of functional, regression, and API testing Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and test execution automation Ability to analyze test results and troubleshoot failures Suresh Durgam Senior Recruiter E: [Email available when viewing the job] M: +1 [Phone number shown when applying] [Link available when viewing the job] Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Appvance IQ Tester with hands-on experience in AI-driven test automation using the Appvance IQ platform.
