Description About the Role We are looking for an Amazon Catalog Manager to lead growth across all channels, with a strong focus on Amazon. The ideal candidate has deep e-commerce expertise, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of scaling brands profitably. Salary: $1,700 - $2,200 per month depending on years of experience/ location Location: Full Remote Marketplaces: Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Requirements Responsibilities • Catalog Strategy & Growth: Develop and implement data-driven strategies to grow our product categories across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok, and Walmart. • Performance Analysis: Monitor sales, market share, and key performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and competitive advantage. • Product & Pricing Optimization: Refine product positioning, pricing, and promotional tactics to improve profitability and marketplace performance. • Advertising & Promotions: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns, keyword strategies, and promotional initiatives to boost visibility and conversion rates. • Product Launches: Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of product launches, ensuring alignment across marketing, inventory, and promotional channels. • Customer Insights: Design and implement customer feedback polls to gather insights on satisfaction, preferences, and opportunities. Use findings to improve listings, ads, and overall brand strategy. • Competitive & Market Research: Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to inform product development, positioning, and campaign strategies. • Continuous Improvement: Run A/B tests, analyze performance data, and iterate regularly to drive ongoing improvements in listings, pricing models, and advertising effectiveness. Must Have: • Listing & Pricing Optimization: Continuously refine product listings, pricing strategies, and ad performance. • Product Expansion: Identify and launch high-potential products based on market insights and trends. • Amazon Expert: 3-5+ years of owning a category, driving sales, profits, and growth. Key Characteristics: • Organized: Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met efficiently. • Decisive/ Self-Starter: Able to make quick, informed decisions to keep projects moving forward and resolve challenges. • Detail-Oriented: Focused on ensuring accuracy and delivering high-quality work through a keen attention to detail Recruitment Process: • Bryq Exam: A quick 15-20 minute assessment to gauge your fit for the role and our team. No pass/fail, just be honest. You'll have 3 days to complete it. • Video Interview: If you pass, you'll record responses to 5 technical questions. Ensure you have a stable internet connection and working camera/mic. Each question has a time limit, typically 1-2 minutes. • Case Study: You’ll be asked to complete a case study that evaluates your job knowledge and approach to problem-solving. You’ll have 3 days to submit your response. • Final Interview: If all goes well, you'll move on to a live online interview with the Operations Manager and CEO. • References: We’ll also request references from people you've worked closely with.
