Job Summary An Agent in Airport Operations oversees inbound and outbound flight activity, updates schedules, and manages gate assignments to ensure smooth airport operations. Responsibilities include preparing reports on arrivals and departures, coordinating with departments for emergencies, and maintaining records of flights and services performed. The role also involves monitoring security by observing staff and visitors, reporting any breaches, and complying with WFS security protocols.
