Adolescent Group Facilitator

Join Antelope Recovery as a Teen Group Facilitator! At Antelope Recovery, we are dedicated to supporting families and adolescents as they navigate mental health and or substance use challenges. We are looking for a creative, innovative individual who is eager to stretch the limits of telehealth and redefine what virtual mental health support can be for teens. About the Position: We are currently hiring a full-time Teen IOP Group Facilitator and Therapist. In this role, you will facilitate group therapy sessions that encourage open communication, build resilience, and support youth as they manage a variety of challenges. Your expertise and creativity will be key in developing engaging and impactful group experiences. Key Responsibilities: • Lead virtual IOP group therapy sessions! • Do individual therapy with teens in the IOP program • Monitor and guide group interactions to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. • Collaborate with other team members, including individual therapists and peer mentors, to integrate group work into broader treatment plans. • Provide feedback and insights on group progress and dynamics to the clinical team. Qualifications: • Master’s degree (minimum) in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field. • Experience facilitating group therapy sessions, preferably with adolescents. • Strong understanding of group facilitation techniques and relevant therapeutic models. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to create a safe, engaging, and supportive virtual space for youth. • A passion for working with teens and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of telehealth.
