Account Manager, Laboratory Products (North Los Angeles)

Are you a driven and goal-oriented individual with a passion for science and sales? Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in North Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our laboratory product sales to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory products and sales, excellent communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for laboratory products in the North Los Angeles region. Build and maintain relationships with current and potential customers to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop effective sales materials and promotions. Educate customers on the benefits and features of Thermo Fisher Scientific laboratory products. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management. Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing feedback and addressing any issues or concerns. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge. Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network and promote Thermo Fisher Scientific products. Train and mentor new sales team members as needed. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards. Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent Thermo Fisher Scientific in a positive manner at all times.
